not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

@BlueBay Glad you’re home, I bet you doggie wagged her little butt off when she saw you. We used to have a border collie x called Pepper, she

was a farm dog but spent more

of her time on the back of the Ute rounding up sheep more than on foot. She lived to a ripe old age, now we have a kelpie that loves to run and run.

I am in a wheel chair for a few weeks until I can weight bare. I’m on crutches for short distances but I zip about in the chair at home so I can still get a bit of house work done. Did washing this morning, my son hung it out - washed a damn tissue in it - all dark clothes too.

All the best with your Drs appt, and I hope you have a lovely weekend.

Re: not feeling good

I’ve just seen a perfect job thst I would love to apply for. But I csnt - it’s at my doctors - he wouldn’t and prob can’t take me. Perfect hours 5 mins down the road. Oh well I’ll stay where I am. It’s so frustrating looking fir wirk. I’m getting too obsessed with it.

I’m so worried about the next year financially unless we sell our home I don’t know what else to do. Some days I feel so desperate to find an answer but the answer I think is now obvious - sell our home. My complete dream home I ever wanted will soon not be my home snymire. It’s sad because all my life I have bought homes from my parents. This one we bought ourselves with no interaction from my parents. It was scary but good because we did it ourselves. Now it will go to someone else and I have no idea where will go. Thst is frightening.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBayare you able to increase your hrs where your working now? I think centrelink or job search could help you as well, maybe you could find a better job or do some training and seek other employment that way?

i hope your appt goes ok and isnt too tough. im glad to hear your going ok since being home from hospital. please take time to readjust too

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay My ankle tells me when to ease up, it starts to blow up and swell so I have to stop and elevate it again. I’m good for an hour or 2 and then I feel like I’m stopping every 1/2hr or so - so frustrating. Just finished cleaning the bathroom and laundry basins, shower needs it next, I’ll do that tonight when I actually have a shower, I have a stool to sit on in there so it won’t be too tough a job, I hope.

The washing may have to go through the dryer for a few minutes later to get the last of the tissue off, I was so sure I’d checked all the pockets, geez I hate when I do that.

Hope your appt went well ❤️❤️

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Razzle appt went ok. My medication now has gone up to normal price because of no more health care card. It’s really annoying.

There are no extra hours st my job @outlander they actually cut my hours by half last year.

i think I need to just breathe. I just fear so much on so many things.

@Faith-and-Hope@Owlunar@Shaz51@Zoe7

my drs appt was ok. Nothing really to say. Adjusting back from hospital is hard. More difficult this time from other admissions.
