not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Shaz I’m reading about Osher Günsberg (his name on tv was Andrew g)
It’s about his life as a child suffering depression anxiety. It’s called back, after the break.
So far I’ve been reading it without putting the book. Normally i csnt read books because of my memory snd don’t absorb what I read.
But with this book I can do all that.
Very interesting book so far. Xxx

Going home tomorrow. Doesn’t matter whether I stayed in here fir another week or two it wouldn’t make snymire difference at home. My psych was happy with me fir making this decision and not rely on him.

He asked me about suicide snd I said its nit strong enough to act on. He said next year I will have 4 planned admissions to break the circuit.

I think I need to get bsvk in the swing of things.

Seeing my doctor tomorrow afternoon.

I was a bit overwhelmed before so sorry I wrote what I did.

Good that you have made the decision for yourself @BlueBay

Re: not feeling good

No need to be sorry @BlueBay - it was what you were feeling - and natural too - going home is always a bit emotional for just about everyone

And good you made a decision on your own and also good that you have four planned visits to break the cycle next year - and you can stick to a plan my deciding that for yourself too - I feel pleased with you too

It's good that you will have time to settle back in at home before you go back to work too @BlueBay and seeing your D and Ayla when they pick you up will be wonderful. I bet Jersey will jump all over you too

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay hope your return home is a happy and positive experience. Your pet Jersey (not sure if it’s a cat or dog) will be very excited to see you, she will surely lift your mood, pets are very good at that.

Its nice that you will have morning tea with your family before heading home, it kind of brings a bit of familiarity back, and for a better word also a bit of normality. Ayla sounds a delight, what a lovely way to spend the morning.

I hope you get plenty of rest over the weekend, and I really hope things improve for you, particularly with the finances. Glad to see you’re still feeling ok, and that you have made the decision to go home, taking control of your own decisions is a great step forward. Please look after yourself and take care ❤️❤️
