not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

I’m nit coping. Sobbing in my room. Was in group tslking about discharge. And when I left I told the psychologist that I’m scared of discharge only because things won’t change at home. Finances are nit good and I’m stressing. Everything seems overwhelming I can’t think straight. Wish there was something I could take to end it sll. It’s too much snd j can’t deal with it all.

Im feeling really helpless. Spoke to a social worker last week who said that Centrelink can’t help me and gave me a number fir a counsellor whuch I have already made. Can’t see them until January.

I want everything to stop

Hey there @BlueBay can you use some of your strategies right now to help manage these feelings This sounds super hard, it could be a good time to engage in some of your self-care. Water the garden or head for a walk to the beach etc?

Would you be up for either of those?

Re: not feeling good

It's good to hear you're in a safe place @BlueBay while these incredibly challenging thoughts are coming up. Is there something nice you can do for yourself while in hospital this afternoon?

Hi @BlueBay

It's good you are in hospital right now - and I think it's important you let the staff know how bad you are feeling

It's important - you are in a safe place with people who are there to support you -

It must feel scary - if you are not ready to go home it's probably best to let them know

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

The finances have been sorted for now and if Huffnpuff starts at you remind him of that

And remind him also he could get a part-time job to help out if he is really worried - lots of people have two jobs - I know I did but not when I was sick

It's time you get sorted first and don't feel pressured to do what you don't feel you can manage
