not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay So sorry you got that kind of reaction from your mum. I’m almost inclined to say let her have it, you’re not going to hurt her anymore and it may make you feel better. On the flip side, you do have a relationship with her that involves your own family and do you really want to disrupt that? I kind of feel that you could scream at her until you’re blue in the face and she’s never really going to hear you. I hope I don’t offend you, but she sounds like a right royal bitch.

On the plus side, you sound NOTHING like her, you sound like a wonderful mum and a brilliant grandmother, you have been an amazing support to me personally and to a lot of others on the forum, and you are clearly a wonderful daughter for wanting to protect your dad.

You have sounded very low in your last few posts, my advice would be to stay where you are, you are safe there and you have the time to focus on yourself. It sounds like you haven’t been getting much out of the groups, but perhaps while they aren’t doing much for you, you may actually be helping someone else. Like I said, you have been a great support to me, you may not even realise it but you may also be a great support to someone in these groups.

I hope your shoulder comes good. Mine are killing me at the moment from the crutches, along with a sore back and hips from having to sit so much with my leg elevated - to say my butt is numb is an understatement.

Take deep breaths lovely lady, and try and get some well earned rest ❤️❤️

Re: not feeling good

@Razzle Yeah my mum is a domineering controlling person. But this year she has softened up a bit. Still don’t trust her fully. But st least it’s nice to see my dad.

I’m feeling really down. Not sitting with anyone. Just in my room eith tv snd my phone. I’m not in a socialising mood.

Im tired. Had a nap this afternoon.

Thankyou fir your kind words. I try to help others. But sometimes I don’t know what to say.

You take care @Razzle. I can imagine how sore your body must be.

Hi snd Thankyou @Shaz51@Faith-and-Hope xxxxxx

Re: not feeling good

So good to hear you want to a group on Anxiety today @BlueBay. Every bit of knowledge helps.

Chats and companionship with others will come. It just takes time.

Do you have your knitting with you?

I’m not doing so great. Sitting in my room. Not going to group. Just don’t want to face anyone. Had a nap before.

I wanted to get away before but a nurse came in to chst and I cried telling her I wanted to escape. Guess now I’m on watch.
