not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay i get what you mean. When you form close friendships its the best thing esp when we dont have others offline or not many and thats quite alright. I do tthe same thing as well. I think it could be part of BPD and thestrong attachment/fear of abandonment that comes with it.

Re: not feeling good

Hi @outlander

thats why I hate BPD. I hate it sll. The illness the behaviour I do. The abandonment the attachments just everything.

I’ll never get over this. It’s my nightmare.

Gosh right now I’m angry snd want to break things around the house. I want to rip into myself. So so angry.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay You have great difficulty in not reading things that you know are going to cause you distress and then it snowballs for you. That is when you really do need to consider taking a break and doing something for yourself that takes your mind off what you have read - I know that is not easy for you but it is essential self-care.

You are still connected to people on here you are just taking a little time out for yourself - I do this often when it gets too much - it is about finding that balance between asking for and receiving support and not causing further distress for others as well - sometimes this is a very fine line but we all have a responsibilty to each and to ourselves in these situations.

Ok @Zoe7@outlander@Former-Member@Former-Member@Faith-and-Hope

im going to stsy away. I can’t hsnfke this anymore. It’s sll too much. Don’t know how long. My life is in ruins. Can’t do anything right. It doesn’t matter anymore - I’m staying away.

Re: not feeling good

That is not what we are saying to do @BlueBay - take a break when you need it - yes but stay away completely - no.

When you are not thinking clearly you take things out of proportion and that is what you are doing now - that affects others too BB - and that is what I am saying - we are all close here and your distress affects me because I feel so connected to you just as I know it affects you when I am down - we only have that effect on each other because we do care Hon

Re: not feeling good

Ok I’m sorry I never mean to distress anyone @Zoe7

@Im not thinking.

I’m crying because I’ve made people distressed at what I write. I’m sorry @Zoe7

l will take a break but not stay away.

I need to go now. I don’t feel good about myself.

Re: not feeling good

It is more we hate seeing you in distress BB - than you making us distressed Hon @BlueBay It is not easy seeing people we care about it distress and not knowing sometimes what to do to help - but we do listen and support you because we truly care
