not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Hi Everyone @Zoe7@Faith-and-Hope@utopia @Shaz51 and others

i didn’t sleep well last night. Cried myself to sleep. Had breakfast snd caught up with my daughter snd Ayla for a coffee. I’m feeling very flat down depressed and just don’t want to move. It’s sunny here but windy. I just want to hide away again today snd just wish the day away.

I’m really not coping.

Re: not feeling good

Being physically unwell has such a major impact on ouor mental wellbeing also @BlueBay Remember your doctir wanted you to get out for a walk and then rest as much as you can. I know you probably don't feel like going outside but exercise (even a little bit) is good for your mental health - please try to do that today and then rest up again Hon

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Zoe7@utopia@Shaz51@outlander

@Faith-and-Hope

my daughter is home with us. We just took Ayla and jersey for a small walk.

I’m home now about to watch tv Netflix. Finished feeding Ayla a slice of cheese small square of peanut butter and chicken noodle soup.

I’m so tired of feeling like this. I’m tired of feeling sick.

One of my boys is coming home tomorrow night. The youngest is coming home a week later.

And why do I still feel depressed??

Re: not feeling good

Because depression is mental illness that isn't simply fixed by good things happening for you @BlueBay - good things can give you moments of joy but the underlying illness still remains - and it feels so much worse when you are physically unwell also Hon. Don't be so hard on yourelf - you are unwell and there is no quick fix for that but doing what your doctor said - you have gone for a walk and have been resting - you are doing the right things - see what she says tomorrow if you go back to see her.
