not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

You are not bothering me BB - you know I am here because I want to be so bother away Hon @BlueBay Your negative self-talk is starting to creep in - knock that on the head straight away - I know you are really unwell and that is not helping but neither is staying is such a negative mindset. Tell me 3 things you like about yourself...

Re: not feeling good

Hey @BlueBay I can really hear how much your health has been impacting on your mood today. You're doing well to look after yourself as best you can and to reach out for support. I'm not sure what you meant in your previous post where you mentioned having a plan to do something however I know you mentioned SH earlier today. It can feel so exhausting to be in that space. In light of that I just wanted to jump in and remind you to call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or 000 if at any time you're concerned about your safety. Alternatively, if you can speak with your doctor for support, you might like to give them a call too. Look after yourself today and stay safe 🐼

Hi @Former-Member

it’s hard to stay positive when I’m so sick and body aches all over and coughing non stop. Exhausted from 3 nights of hardly any sleep because of non stop cough.

My mood has drastically dropped to very negative place and it’s hard to shift it. I’m staying on here because being alone at home atm is scary with my negative mind.

Re: not feeling good

They are great things @BlueBay and things that mean a lot to you. I bet your kids feel the same about you too...and we all know Ayla loves you - so these are the positive things in your life that you need to focus on - the rest of those negative feelings will still be there but focussing on these positives chsnges your mindset a little - these are the things we live for Hon - that beautiful smile of Ayla, your wonderful daughter and your relationship and those boys of yours partying it up in Belgium - all wonderful things in your life

Re: not feeling good

That sounds truly exhausting @BlueBay Your ability to be with that distress, while at the same time choosing to act on positive help seeking thoughts and feelings is something to feel really proud of. If you're interested in doing so, you might like to have a read over the rest of the distress tolerance topic tuesday for now. Take care this afternoon, and do contact your doctor or support people if you need 🐨
