not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Hi @BlueBay

What a terrible thing to have happen to you - I know what people do to hack - but I don't know how they actually transfer money between accounts - we have to give our credit card details to people at times and we can't possibly know about the honesty of their staff - it happens even when we are as careful as possible

The bank will attend to this - they look after their clients

I have felt better as the day has passed - the heat really knocks me out - I have to make sure that I don't let myself get overheated -

I hope you feel better now - it is so bad when this happens

Re: not feeling good

Take it easy my friend @Decadian. rest up when you can. Overheating is terrible and you would feel lousy.

I'm okay at the moment, i know the bank will look into it and we will get our money back. It's just the nuisance of it all, changing accounts, new cards, etc etc. but that's okay it will get sorted. i think i did lose it this afternoon when i saw the money all gone.

Open house this friday, then saturday afternoon. And then the big day (auction) is the following saturday. OMG i can't believe how quick this campaign is going. We have had quite a bit of interest in the house, about 4 have asked for section 32 which is really promising.

i know i will be really nervious and emotional on auction day but i think a drink or two will help with that. i can't wait to tell you how it goes. i so hope it goes well. i have a good feeling about selling this plavce. i know it;s time now for us to move; it's right.

take care Dec, it's actually nice and cool out our way. Getting tired now, trying to watch the tennis while on the computer. but i think an early night tonight. as soon as the guys finish playing tennis i am off to bed.

sleep well Dec and i will talk tomorrow. work tomorrow then thursday is a day off and then work on friday. i really like this week!!!!!

Hi @BlueBay

Its good when you try new things, helps take the anxiety out and makes you realise you can do new things on your own.

I'm so glad you are feeling beter and the bank sorted things out. This just happened to a young guy at work, fortunately he never has much money but he was supposed to have bought something from the US and he had to argue how can I be here and the US the same time? I dont understand hackers - just selfish people with too much time on their hands.

Hope all goes well with your house open - its great to see that it feels right - its like a fresh beginning.

Yes this is a great week - not rubbing it in but I also have Friday off - so one big long weekend of beautiful weather down here!

@Decadian

Hope you feeling better from the heat, I'm the same but we dont have airconditioning and the worst thing is we have a digital clock in the lounge that tells the temperature. Last heatwave it got to 39.9c inside the house - this is when I sit in a cool bath or we have a kids blow up pool which when you sit in it comes up to your chest and of course a nice cold beer.

Hi @BlueBay and @Change123

I am glad you got the bank stuff sorted Blue - that is a horrible thing to have happen - and I have no idea why people do it - I was told they do it because they can - I don't think that's a good enough reason to steal people's money - but some people are parasites

And I today I had brunch with my dd - we had a good chat -

I got over the heat stress - I have A/C and insulation - and I sat in the draught of the A/C with a wet tea-towel around my neck and drank water and ate some chips to get some salt in to balance my electrolytes - the second time it happened was when I went out to see my doctor and I had everything checked out and my numbers are fine - the idea is not to go out in the heat - I am getting on in years

I have used the wet tea-towel around my neck for ages - of course - not the same tea-towel - life does go on and winter comes back - I used to love the hot weather but not anymore

But my BP is brilliant - wow - I am really happy about that - when my regular doctor comes back from holidays he will be happy to know that as well

I wish both of you the best day possible - wouldn't life be wonderful if people could just behave and be nice

Re: not feeling good

Really glad to read @Decadian that your BP is good at the moment and coming down. That is so good.

I used to like the heat as well but now in my 50's I am noticing that I don't tolerate the heat as well as I used to.

And also my asthma gets worse with the heat and humidity.

Bank stuff - all sorted. i just have to call each utility company to change bank details. Hoping to get our new cards next week and they will take a few weeks to investigate the money that disappeared.

Hope you have a nice day tomorrow. a day off for me from work which is nice. I might go down to the beach where there is an Australia Day singing and breakfast and other stuff as well.

Re: not feeling good

I need to write this down here, it's been on my mind for a very long time (years). Haven't told anyone before so here it goes ....

Since my childhood abuse came out 7 years ago all I have thought of is the 'death coloumn' in the paper and seeing my name in there. And i can see who has written stuff on there, saying goodbye to me. I don't know why I am seeing this, a visiion but it is horrible, scary and i get emotional. And I look in the paper daily to see 'if i know anyone' becasue at times i have seen family and friends names in there and didn't know.

Just the other day I was visualising a funeral and it was mine and who would get up and talk, and who would be there.

I know this is really not a nice thing to be thinking of but I am so damn scared of dying. I shouldn't write this but it's been on my mind for a very very long time.

It scaes me so much. And I remember my old therapist telling me that i am so scared of dying yet i am so scared of living as well.

Well it's out there now, i have written it down. I'm not expecting replies or answers - i just had to tell someone.

oh gosh, now i am crying, i can't do this anymore.

i am sorry for writing this.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay. It's good to write it down and put it out there. That's healthy.
I think you hit the nail on the head.
Afraid of dying - but not really living. I think you are afraid of both. I know I was.
When I was told I could get better - instead of relief - my initial thought was - but what will I do? How will I live? What do I do now.
I think it's part of the journey towards healing.
Every time we start progressing and feeling good - our negative self talk pops up and likes to try to bring us down again. It's what our brain is used to.
But the more we fight this temptation - the quieter the negative self talk and doubts will be.
You have made brilliant progress recently. This is just like the naughty devil on one shoulder - trying to sabotage.
Listen to the good angel. She knows what you need.

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

Echoing what utopia said, sometimes it can be therapeutic writing it all down and egtting it out of our systems.
It seems you are in a very sad place at the moment, and I just want to remind you to call a helpline if you feel unsafe or that you can't cope anymore.
