not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

it's so hard to challenge my inner negative thoughts. They're strong and I can't help but get caught up in the circle of negativity.

Im trying to focus on something positive at work. On 1 1/2 hrs to go before I go home.

been feeling light headed and my back is playing up agsin. I feel so exhausted. I'm going to talk to my gp on Thursday and see if I need another iton infusion. I wish I could just go to bed right now snd curl up in a ball. Last night was terrible. I went to bed and couldn't stop sobbing. I was holding my pillow so tight. And then I collapsed in a heap from exhaustion. Can't keep going like this.

can anyone help me with some advice pls. i don't know which way to go. @Faith-and-Hope@outlander@Former-Member@Shaz51@utopia @Zoe7

I have just recently used up all my 10 Medicare mental health visits to my psychologist. So today i called my private health fund and i have extras but psychology is not under the extras i have. to get psychology i need to up my fund and pay another $60 a month more than what i currently pay. we can't afford this increase so i don't know what to do. if i did go with the extra i would get back $68 from the fee so i would out of pocket $90.

Or do i spread out my psychoology visits to every 3 weeks and pay the full amount and then next january start again with the medicare rebate.

it's ridiculous that we only get 10 subsidised rebate for mental health sessions.

seeing a psychologist and then a psychiatrist in private practice in so expensive. thank god i only see my psych every 3-6 months but i have reached the threshold so i can claim most of it back with him.

seeing my psychologist every 3-4 weeks seems too long to wait in between, i don't know.

bit confused as to what to do.

any help, ideas, suggestions would be great.

thanks

@Twinklelight

this is my post. i know you're not in a good frame of mind today and not coping. i'm not saying you have to read this. it was only because i had started to write stuff on the 'good morning' post and didn't want to keep going on there with my crap.

i hope you're okay this afternoon. hope to chat with you again soon

BB xx

Re: not feeling good

Talk to your GP about whether you are eligible to access a further 5 or 6 sessions (I can't remember whether it is 5 or 6) and ask about a Chronic Disease Management Plan - with your asthma, back pain and MI you may be eligible for another 5 medicare funded sessions under this plan. @BlueBay
