not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Sometimes our own struggles can get in the way of helping others though too @BlueBay. I can understand why sometimes it is too hard to support someone else - when it comes down to it we can only do what we can if we are in the right place to provide that support - and if we are constantly triggered by the struggles of someone else then it is essential that we take a step back for our own protection. So whilst I understand how you could have felt let down I can also understand fully how sometimes seeing someone in so much pain can be a trigger and the need for that other person to protect themselves.

I will often like your posts (or others) to let you know I am here and listening but cannot post anything because I can't deal with seeing you in pain in that moment - and that is not about you - it is about what I can personally deal with in that moment - so although I want to support you I cannot for that moment because of what I am feeling - that doesn't mean that I have abandoned you just that I cannot deal with the pain for you or myself at that time.

Re: not feeling good

Understanding does not always make it easier though Hon... just so you know - even when I am not here I am always sitting on your shoulder BB - you can super glue me there if you like @BlueBay lol

Re: not feeling good

You are always sitting on my right shoulder @Zoe7 !!! Lol

and you are in my thoughts daily. I'm sorry when I don't reply in your post. I sometimes don't know what to say or I don't feel confident in what I write. But I'm always thinking of you and wonder how you are or what you're up to. You're never forgotten.

Love your friend

BB 😊❤️

Re: not feeling good

I get your 'likes' @BlueBay and they are enough - I know you are still with me Hon

Sometimes we don't know what to write and that is ok - that is what 'likes' are for

Don't ever not feel confident in what you write BB - if it comes from the heart then it will always be okay

ps - you are doing a pretty great ob tonight

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay. It's awful when our fears get in the way of being able to do things. You used to walk a fair bit. I wonder what has changed between then and now to cause this anxiety. That might be worth investigating with your psychologist.

It's good to hear you went to a cafe. Getting out and about and socialising with family. That's good for your health.

Glad you have @Zoe7 to talk with who has similar experiences. I think that helps.

@utopia@Zoe7

Ive just done something really bad.

Today at my doctors he said he wanted me to call him before 6pm to let him know how I went this afternoon. So I rang and the receptionist said he had s patient but would let him know so he would call me back soon.

So now for the bad bit ........ I decided to message the clinic on messenger via Facebook. Snd I told them I was angry and mentioned that my GP didn't call back. Either he or his partner the other nice doctor will read the message and most likely will reply and tell me off for using messenger.

Thats my big problem I always do things without thinking of the consequences. But I'm angry.

Its wrong isn't it. I shouldn't have done it - but now it's too late. It's sent.

Re: not feeling good

It was not the smartest thing you have done today @BlueBay but it is done now and you can't do anything about it. Your gp will get the message and will probably know they had forgotten to call you back and be sorry for it though. Don't worry about it (I know - easier said than done) - this is where you need to say to yourself - I have messed up but there is nothing I can do about it tonight - so what else can you do tonight that is self-care Hon because that is what you need to do now. Even having a shower or getting an early night is self-care - what are you going to do BB?

Re: not feeling good

@Zoe7

I know it's not smart. I keep checking messsnger to see if they have read it. I'm watching the footy and I'll have an early night. I'm angry with myself niw. It's too late. I just never learn.

Msybe I should knit a little bit.

Re: not feeling good

Knitting is a great idea BB - stop checking messenger though - what is done is done - you can't do anything more tonight. You made a mistake - it happens - don't beat yourself up over it - I am sure your GP will understand @BlueBay.

How about a nice cup of tea and some knitting then bed - then start tomorrow when it gets here Hon
