not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Thank you Zoey for your thoughtfulness, i know my limits on meds and did not take enough to warrent hospital, just to try and calm down and stop crying, my big issue is my memory is so poor i never remember things unless i have it written down, and i did have trouble with my older son earlier so i think you may be right the combination of the whole day just seemed to get worse and looks like not being able to continue watching my series and the fox not working must just have put me over the edge and lossing it

Re: not feeling good

I find it is often those everyday things that do not work right in the moment - like your fox shows - that can send me into a meltdown too @saturnzoon - we get so good at protecting ourselves with the 'big' issues that the little things become bigger than they would otherwise be. I can see how disappointed you are with what has happened with your show - something you were looking forward to is not working and that is triggering in itself. I hope the meds have helped you calm a little - we all need that little bit of help sometimes - whether it be meds, a cup of tea, a walk, to throw something (safely lol) etc.

you have also done a wonderful thing by reaching out here - not easy when you feel things are a bit out of control - so well done for doing that. Are your sons expected home soon?

@Zoe7

My son has come back from his footy training, my other one comes home about 10ish, but they don't understand or help much, even when my one home now is my carer, he still doesn't help properly as my carer, i have given him information about my disabilities and groups he could attend to help but he won't go and i have noone else that could go career and i really need one, i don't know what others do when you have no family in same state or friends to help

Re: not feeling good

I live on my own @saturnzoon so I have to do most things for myself. I can't rely on anyone else to do anything for me as I have been constantly let down in this regard. I have a strained relationship with my family and they don't know what I have been dealing with. I feel my sister and I have become closer over the last few months however - maybe that is because she has seen I can't physically do what I used to be able to do and what effect that has had on me. It is soul destroying when we lose our independence so I can only summise that you are feeling this loss having to have a carer - and for that carer not to do the things he needs to do to help you on top of YOU having to deal with what you do is very difficult. I am very thankful for this forum and the wonderful people on here to help with feeling alone at times - and just as they are here with me often - we are here for you too

Thankyou @traveller

I just don't have any energy to keep going. I'm mentally and physically exhausted. And I have to go to work and do a 4 hr shift. I wish I could stay home in bed
