not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

You are doing so well @BlueBay ..... and she sounds like an amazing therapist .....

So pleased for you, and we are here walking along with you as we have been.

Glad you are taking your medications again ..... @Zoe7 is right, and maybe you can tell this to your therapist next time to help to keep you accountable over taking them.

Thankyou @Faith-and-Hope

I feel so lost and fragile tonight. I'm worried I may get worse over the next few days.

I'm just crying so much.

Xxxx

Re: not feeling good

There has been a lot of sadness in you, built up over a long time @BlueBay .... that is the reason for all the tears I think .....

I may be wrong, and you can ask your therapist about that too .... whether to worry about all the crying, or whether it’s all part of your healing. It helps us to know, to seek that reassurance and to find it.

Support services will be available over the weekend. Try not to overthink it though .... now that your healing journey has started, you might feel really unsettled still, but not get worse either ....

Give it a chance, huh ?

What self-soothing activities can you do with your inner child now ?

Can you sing to her ? Or do some colouring in ? Or rocking ?

Hugs Hon .... 💙

@Faith-and-Hope

Ive got knitting to do. But at the moment I'm feeling very fragile and very scared. I will take it slow tonight and hopefully have an early night.

I think I'm the scared little girl tonight wanting her mum. But we know my mum will do nothing. So let's forget her. So it's just me and my little child.

Re: not feeling good

Take it slow @BlueBay, trusting is hard for us with cPTSD, and yes, they always leave / or we leave them. By by the time that happens you'll be stronger in yourself and kbow its time (when shes taught you all she can). I use to long for a loving little old lady to sit me on her knee, tell me everything i need to know and cuddle. Its a dream. But here you are - learning to be your own mother figure - like me. .. Haha, was just thinking "betta late than never" I bet when i feel i've figured life out enough to actually WANT to stick around, then God Himself will take me home. Such is the irony of life. But until then, i think we're here to learn this, how to make life worth living first. Press on BlueBay, I agree with Faith-and-hope, you are doing great. Be Gentle with yourself. ❤❤❤

Re: not feeling good

Not feeling good right now, just lost it all about an hour ago a d only my 11 yr son was with me, I was watching my foxtel shows and when it comes to the end of the taped show, instead of it goingback to series it just comes up with watch more at the ,left top and also gives you a list of other shows across the bottom and get caught out on which button to press, well this time,i don't know what i did but, it ended upon live fox show with still the show in top l,eft and the other shows down the bottom were there as well, so i lost it, tried turning it on and off still wouldn't change so threw the remote, my glasses pillows blankets anything near me and just cried, sent messsges to my 2 older sons to come home and help me as took some tablets to calm down

Re: not feeling good

Have you taken a safe amount of tablets @saturnzoon?

It seems like there is a lot of underlying stuff happening for you at the moment - not just Foxtel not working as you expect it to - here listening
