not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Perfectly said @Decadian. It is up to the client when they are ready to move on or find ways of coping. Until then - as @BlueBay said - there job is to listen. We feel validated when we are heard - instead of invisible and dismissed. Validation leads to understanding and healing.
@BlueBay. Good luck with your open for inspection tomorrow - I hope I have the day right.

Hi @utopia@Faith-and-Hope@Decadian@Change123@Shaz51@NikNik @Former-Member@Former-Member@Former-Memberand anyone else reading this 🙂

For the first time today I woke up and I felt CALM!!! All day!!!! 🙂 🙂

I was at work and thought to myself, OMG I feel okay, i feel calm. I don't know what it is but i feel different.

Update on house:

We have an open inspection at 5.30pm tomorrow and the agent just rang and said a guy wants to come for a second time tomorrow at lunchtime. He couldn't come later so the agent will bring him through. So therefore tonight I am madly cooking tomorrow night's dinner (so it's ready) and I have finished vac the floors and now might go and give bathrooms a quick clean. Tidying up the lounge area with pillows and blankets, all good. Boy i need to sit now and have a cuppa.

I might not be on too much tonight, but i am always thinking of everyone and hope that you are all doing okay.

Take care my lovely frineds, speak soon XXXOOO

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay. FANTASTIC! !! How great to suddenly stop and find that you are calm and feeling good. I'm so happy for you. Well done my friend. Huge hug and high5.
Wow. Sounds like this guy is very interested. Fingers crossed. If you can get another like him to also bid on auction day - just imagine them bidding higher and higher. I hope that happens for you.

Hi @Change123@Decadian@utopia

Thanks guys for your replies I try to hit the like button but it comes back with authentication failed, so i can only reply. Bit stupid but anyway!!! LOL

Today another good calm day considering I was up early and having breakfast while dusting, hanging the clothes out and making sure the house looked tidy. Gosh what a rush to do all this before work. Hubby wasn't home as he leaves early. Work was busy. Agent came early today and that guy didn't turn up, but that's okay because open house tonight was good again. Actually one of our neighbours is interested for their parents!!! How good is that, and another couple who came on the weekend have emailed agent to confirm auction time. Things are looking really promising.

I now just want it sold at the highest price we can get. Then the tears will flow for the sadness of leaving this home after living in it for 14 yrs but being in my family for more than 20 yrs. But that's okay we need to move for a fresh start. i know i will break down with sadness, different emotions especially on auction day if it sells. Think i will need some alcohol on the day to keep me calm!!!

And then the packing will start, overwhelming feelings - but i won't worry about that just yet, i will wait until house sold. i think we will have a garage sale and sell some stuff. And some stuff will go to the salvos.

I'm sorry everyone I haven't been on here lately chatting or supporting others. I have been really busy trying to keep house clean and sort out stuff at home.

Pls take care everyone xxoo

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay. I'm not sure if you realise what you said.
I'm paraphrasing - I know I will be sad and cry - but I'll think about that when it happens.
Seriously. You have learnt heaps and are using those tools now. Not worrying - because it's not happening yet.
Woo Hoo. I'm impressed.
Sounds promising. A fair bit of interest in the house.

Re: not feeling good

Oh boy @BlueBay

You are moving ahead in leaps and bounds - you are prepared for over-whelming feelings - but that time hasn't come yet - you are looking ahead and watching for the tough bits but not falling apart before the time when they might happen

Selling the house - I wanted to sell mine quickly too and I sold it for the lowest quote - some agents quoted a higher price but I knew how much work needed to be done and it really was run down

So I have been there - we owned that house outright and had lived there for 17 years - but it was a burden and a constant source of fights because I was the one with the higher wage and a steady job and

Enough of all of that - I know what you mean - and we all need a different price for different reasons

You can get back to chatting when you have sold your house - you have to keep cleaning it every day and then having to be out of the house when someone comes in to look - and all of that is hard work

It's your turn to be supported - you will pay it forward

Re: not feeling good

Hi everyone
I'm feeling calm this week but am so busy with house stuff with selling. Doesn't make sense I'm so busy but feel calm??? I'm scared that I will crash big time when house is sold and we buy another house pack and move and settle into new home. I'm scared I'll end up in hospital 😥 It feels like the calm before the storm
