not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Hi @BlueBay @Former-Member .... 👋

I woke for a while during the night, but managed to drift off to sleep again after playing some favourite piano music on earphones.

I am glad you are seeing your doctor this morning @BlueBay .....see how you go.

Hi @Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member@Former-Member@Shaz51

I saw my doctor this morning. I was in the waiting area and fainted. He came out of his room and aked me to open my eyes and asked if i had taken anything i shouldn't have I replied no i hadn't taken anything The nurse wheeled me into their treatment room and my doctor came in a few minutes as he had a patient in his rooms.

They did all the routine checks and they were fine except my blood pressure was a bit high. All i wanted to do was sleep but they wouldn't let me close my eyes. He was going to send me to hospital but then decided to keep me there for an hour and decide what to do, he made me a coffee and kept checking on me in between patients.

i told him it was about the party on saturday and my brother and he said he believes all this is emotional psychological illness and it is all coming out. he also thinks my fatigue is emotional fatigue and it's all coming out now. he believes my mental health has gone downhill a bit as he thought i was improving.

all i wasnted to do was sleep in the room but he kept waking me up. i then started to daze and had my eyes on one spt and at one stage it scared my doctor, he was going to send me to hospital. but again after a few minute i came around and he said it would be better if i went home and kept myself busy but not do too much and ring him at 1.30pm If i don't ring he will call the police to do a welfare check for my own safety. And then i have to ring again later during the day. I said what if i am asleep at that time? he said well i have to ring otherwise the police will come.

I think he thought i took something this morning but i really didn't. but he can't be sure even though i did tell him i didn't.

so i am home with a cuppa and i have put a load of washing on, i have just swept the floor. i am waiting for my daughter to come with Ayla. i will be ok once i get my cuddles from her. Do you know she is 7 months old already.

better go and put the washing out, it's pretty foggy here today, so i think washing will stay inside.

chat again later.

Re: not feeling good

Thanks for letting us know how you are and what is happening with you @BlueBay .....

Try to think of hanging your emotional fatigue out on the line with your washing and letting it dry out there ...... so you can sit and enjoy Ayla’s company with it all blowing in the wind and fog in the background outside somewhere ......

Sometimes these visualisations can help.

Re: not feeling good

Love that visualisation @Faith-and-Hope, have copied to use that one. Thanks 👍

@BlueBay, my goodness soumd washed out. My nasty X would be telling me its self inflicted / overreacting to things by choice, but i sooooo get that we can't control how we feel once its in our face - only what we do with it & in a way I'm glad you are home resting over hospital clinicians etc Your dr knows you well & seems to care & i really think it was a hard call not to just palm you off to hospital. Make sure you ring. My mum often sent cops to do police checks if i wouldnt answer my phone, even when i was well & shes being abusive 😕 - welfare checks are aweful, and confronting... I wish there was something inbetween (skilled volunteers or so, supportive church members maybe just to sit with you...)
Anyway, you enjoy your 7month old grandaughter, maybe wash your face, perk up with barocca vit-B with a xoffee & apple before they get there, and sitting outside might be nice. Have a laydow when they go, but not too long or ya wont sleep tonight. Youre a beautiful sensitive soul you know, intelligent, caring and giving. Keep being you ❤❤❤

Re: not feeling good

Thankyou @Former-Member I appreciate your kind words.
@Faith-and-Hope being emotional sick does that mean it's all in my head. I'm making it up. Because I've got physical symptoms too
I'm feeling sick in the stomach and nauseous don't want to eat or drink. I think I'm dehydrated but he didn't say that.
I feel terrible. I'll tell him when I ring him.

Re: not feeling good

What it is is very real emotional trauma making you physically unwell @BlueBay ..... so it involves treating the physical illness symptoms the way you might with a fever, trying to make you physically more comfortable, but the real work of healing needs to happen with the psychological issues. One affects the other ..... long term physical pain leads to depression ..... and long term emotional pain leads to physical illness ..... both need to be treated, but one is causing the other.

Does that help ? It’s not in your head, it’s in your heart Hon ..... you are heart-wounded ..... and that’s what your counsellor is there to help you heal.

❤️
