not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay ..... I agree with @Shaz51, that your Dad being in hospital was probably unsettling for you, with all the associations you have with hospital, and also your care for your Dad.

I hope today is okay, that J is more settled after a weekend of expressing her anger ..... and things feel a little more do-able. Probably that side of your personality is frustrated about having to behave during work hours, and with family around, but that is also probably a good discipline for her, despite the fact that she doesn’t like it. There are many ways she needs support to grow within you, parenting support that she didn’t receive at the time she needed it .... but you can give it now. Be understanding, but firm, and keep boundaries in place around her ..... and taking yourself off to have and angry tantrum time with her is an okay thing too - crying into your pillow, or in the shower, and letting some of the pain and anger out.

Hugs @BlueBay ..... 💙🐚💕

Re: not feeling good

That’s good @BlueBay ..... and I hope you have a good day.

If you think about it, you might find that J is more troublesome on the weekends. Maybe you want to talk to your psych about that and see whether there are some strategies you can place around it ......

Hugs 💕

Re: not feeling good

I need to tell my treating team @Faith-and-Hope. I feel frustrated today. Just found out that my parents didn't give my nephew any present for his wedding. Nothing at all. Not even a card. Didn't even ask my sister how the wedding went. Gee that makes me angry.
She is so evil.
I'm not coping this afternoon.
I'm feeling a bit out of sorts. Not quite right.

Re: not feeling good

I just cant win. I have just come home from my sisters and rang my psych to ask if they have put me on the waiting list at the hospital for early next month.

I could hear myh husband in the next room mumbling and I heard very clearly him say 'great now she is going in there and we'll have no money. I hung up and wqalked into the nesxt room and asked what's wrong, he rpelied oh nothing. That's rubbish because I heard it clearly.

So he hates me going in, so how i am meant to get better.

Now i am really angry, J is angry very angry at him. i want revenge again. i am so pissed off.

Maybe J should sh to show him just exactly how painful and hurt i am. and i am not coping

Re: not feeling good

That's good you called your psych @BlueBay you know what you need.

It is okay to feel angry about his lack of reply, are you able to do something to let the anger out and then talk to your husband again another time about how you are feeling, sometimes yelling into a pillow or going for a walk helps me to calm down. Best to try talking again when you are more calm.

Re: not feeling good

@Former-Member he just makes me really angry with his stupid remarks.

i don't say stupid comments like he does. Does he know that if i don't go into hospital and change meds i will NOT get better.

he doesnt understand mental illness and never will. he thinks he gets it but he doesn't and it frustrates the crap out of me.

i am sick of trying to explain it to him. it goes in one ear and out the other.

i am having a coffee and choc cake with heaps of cream (emotional eating).

i can't talk to him because he will not understand; he gets angry with me so there is no point

J is really annoyed and wish i could escape
