not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

J is having a vent and a tantrum, sorry.

she is angry at the world, at everyone especially at her mum.

she is wanting to sh so much tonight, she has some items next to her

she is angry at her husband at what he said before

she is not calm at all, and is venting and is angry

omg how do i get J to calm down again, @Former-Member how do i calm down again

this is really frustrating me when the other me is so frustrated and angry and emotional

it is a roller coaster

my anger stays with me for a long time and it's hard for the anger to calm down

wish it was easy to just pack a bag and disappear or run away and never come back

venting away and being emotinal is what i need to do right now

j is very annoyed and angry

she needs to sh to get her point across

Hi @BlueBay - looks like you're going to have to really dig into your resources right now to both let your anger out, and to calm down. How about you start putting that away, or even replace it with something calming and tactile, like a cushion or a soft blanket? Have you tried any of your other activities to take a breath and let yourself have a break from the emotions?

Right now @Former-Member and @Shaz51 my hubby is irritating me so much. He is huffing and puffing about stuff around the house all the time. I can't handle it. How am I meant to be calm.
Shaz51 I need to escape forever to the beach.

Re: not feeling good

Pull out a piece of paper @BlueBay and draw and scribble on it ..... grab some coloured pencils and use angry colours to make big, angry shapes and marks on the page ....... tell J to get it all out there onto the page, and if she needs another one, keep going until she has finished.

When all the rage-drawing is over ..... try to follow it through with some calm-drawing ..... maybe copy the beach chairs @Shaz51 has posted above .... or use some lovely calm water colours ..... blues and greens ..... and draw calming wavy lines across the page ..... or some flowers, butterflies, rainbows, clouds .....

Aw beeeyootiful @Shaz51 what a great walk to have on the beach. Unfortunately I don't have a dog to bring with me so I'll have to have fun with yours and @BlueBay 's!

@Faith-and-Hope that drawing activity can be very cleansing and freeing....

I can't do this anymore. I'm in bed sobbing holding my head tight and crying. My depression is bad. I'm not coping I'm alone. I'm hurting. I'm holding my pillow and now then my head.
