not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

hi everyone

things are not good, i am not coping. it seems to be most day when i am home alone that i struggle. i can't do anything right.

i am a mess crying, wanting to run away, disappear forever and never come back

the overwhelming feeling it's hard to cope with

the stupid doctor who puts boundaries and rules - i hate him too

Re: not feeling good

Hi there @BlueBay

I am guessing you are home alone today as you seem to be not coping very well, can you tell us a bit more about what is overwhelming you, it might help to talk it through a little more so we can support you ?

@Former-Member

i hate my doctor for putting rules and boundaries on me. i can only see him fortnightly. i need to see him more often.

i feel overwhelmed because i have so much going on in my head. too much to think of. work, home life, kids, everything is getting to me. and i want to disappear. i could easily self harm right now

i could easily take something

when i call my gp to tell him i am not coping or not feeling well - he says 'it will pass, you will be fine' just do something to distract yourself. how many tmes do i have to disgtract myself. i try and it never works.

Re: not feeling good

It does work for you @BlueBay but it is only when you take that step back that this can happen. Try looking from the outside at the you that is presenting now - the negative self and then try to substitute the 'real' you - they are very different - you need to find a way to bring out the 'real' you - the compassionate, caring, intelligent little flower that I have grown so fond of.

See if you can give that a go...

@Zoe7

i am looking at it from my inner child and i am sobbing. i am crying so much because i want love, i want to be cared for

i need to be nurtured and there is no one around

maybe if i sh i will be cared and nurtured and loved

i just want someone to take care of me

Re: not feeling good

I know you do BB - try to let the adult YOU tell the child YOU that you are safe now and loved @BlueBay

In turn you love - you love your husband, your kids, your granddaughter, and that is precious.

We both know self-harming is not the answer - it is a temporary 'fix' with longer term consequences.

I am happy to sit here with you and 'listen' as you talk through anything that is on your mind my little yelow flower
