not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Hi everyone

Had a call late last night from the CAT team asking me how I am and if I was safe. He also said that they have made an appt for me to see their crisis psych this afternoon.
I've gone to work but will need to finish early.
I didn't sleep well last night thinking about the house today's appt and work. My hubby has taken today off work so he can start cleaning the outside before the photos are taken on Monday.

Re: not feeling good

hello @BlueBay

You have been through a rollercoaster of emotions and reactions.

Now you are getting your house ready for an auction.

If you are able to look back through all of those frightening feelings can you see that you did get through.

You reached out for help at the right time. You wrote your thoughts on here. You released them.

You let your psychatrist know your needs and stood your ground. Assertive. well done. not easy when patterned thinking telling you otherwise.

you and your husband are now getting the house ready for auction.

I know how that feels.

Through some of my PTSD and MD we had to declutter our home. What a lot of decluttering. We had to put heaps into a storage unit.

spruced the house up and keeping clean for open inspections by appointment. we have 2 cats and every insect and more invading our house. I call it insect city.

it is hard work. a lovely feeling though when you see you home at it's best. a feeling of pride. dont let that confuse you or doubt your decision to sell. remember why you started on this particular journey and stick with it.

wishing you helping hands during the lead up to the auction and every success on the auction day.

new beginnings for you to feel excited about not anxious.

stay safe

Re: not feeling good

At work feel stuffed. Have a terrible headache. Staff and customers been nice. My supervisor came in and didn't realise it was my first day back. He asked how I was and if I need more time off to let him know.
I am stressing about appt this afternoon. I don't really think I'm coping as well as I shld. I don't know.

Re: not feeling good

Well done on being at work @BlueBay. your boss sounds lovely, at least cared enough to say hello.

Should thinking (so i've been told) is an easy way to set unrealistic expectations that we can't ever meet and help to keep us feeling worthless... Remember you ARE at work, you got there, and you're doing it! so you are already doing well!

Fingers crossed your appointment is useful today and not as worrying as it might seem now,

take care and be kind to you

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay. I know it's hard, but you only need to focus on this minute right now.

So while you are working, just keep pushing any other thoughts aside. Ignore them. Tell them to p... off if you have to. Just concentrate on what you are doing right now at work.

The time will fly and then you will be in a new moment.

Sending you love and hugs.

@BlueBay Stay strong my friend.

As @Former-Member said YOU ARE at work and that is a positive. you could not have even got there a few days ago.

Keep in the moment - minute by minue as @utopia said. The time will pass quickly and you will have got through it.

Thinking of you - still walking with you xxx

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Zoe7@utopia@Former-Member@Former-Member@Shaz51

I went to see the CAT team psych. She and a mental health nurse were in the room. They asked questions about my current psych and why he prescribed the med he did.

After talking for a while, and me telling them what happened yesterday with the CAT team and lifeline they decided that they will give me short term support by calling me over the weekend until Tuesday when i see my psych.

They also requested that they be able to call my psych and speak to him. I told them great so now he will be angry with me. I have a feeling that my psych doesn't want me to contact the CAT team.

I am home, hubby painted a bit inside today but it's far too hot now to do anything. i have a shocking headache. i just want to hide away tonight and stay on my own.

I feel like i have been through the washing machine and being wrung out - that's how i feel atm.

@utopia I love your new picture.

feeling overwhelmed about moving, selling and everything that goes with it. i am feeling like i won't cope with it all.

i feel so not good tonight. 😞

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay. That's good the CATT team will look after you til Tuesday. Don't worry about your psychiatrist - that's his problem and his issues. Don't let his problems be yours.
If you need to just stay in and hide tonight - do that.
Make a quiet area for you. Have your knitting and mandala pictures nearby. Maybe even a chocolate bar. And just do what you need to do to keep relaxed tonight. Nothing you need to worry about tonight. Everything can wait til tomorrow or the day after. You simply focus on you and being in the moment.
You will be fine.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay Good to hear from you.

Don't worry about your psych being angry with you - your wellbeing is the most important thing You cannot control the reactions of others and the most important thing is that you get the support and care that you need and YOU DESERVE. If that is involving the CAT team or anyone else then that is what you need to do.

You have been through the wringer this week my friend. It has been a really tough week for you. Don't dwell on on what has happened because YOU GOT THROUGH IT

The move will happen when it happens! Not something you need to spend too much time on at the moment. Just do little bits at a time.

I am going to go to the beach for a little while with Toby. Are you able to do the same - or are there still too many tourists around?

I am really impressed with how you have got through the week and even made it to work today - that is huge Yet again you have shown how much strength you have within you. :heart

Will check in with you when I get back. Still walking with you my friend - here if needed
