not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Hi @Zoe7 @Former-Member @utopia @Former-Member

I phoned my pysch room this morning and they had a cnacelleation for tomorrow afternoon at 4pm. so i grabbed that appt. I amm now scared to see him because he will be angry with me (a) for seeing him again as i only saw him last week (b) what if he doesn't believe me about the hallucinations and (c) he told me to call the CAT team - what if he just says again "just call the CAT team".

They are real, the hallucinations, visual and auditory. i am not making them up.

I went with my daughter to buy the cradle today. She and her partner will set it up tonight. She is now 28 weeks (3rd trimester)

Did a 3km walk this morning but suffered terribly with asthma. it was windy and i think the wind triggered my asthma., i was very close to calling an ambulance but once i got home and used my puffer it settled. Gee it was scary.

Hope everyone is doing okay, i know some one you are struggling, but i hope you all have found some peace (even a little) today. xxxooo

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay. Please carry your asthma puffer with you - everywhere.
I'm so pleased you got into a cancelation tomorrow.
Just tell your psychiatrist exactly what is happening. Write it down if it helps. Look back over your posts to see when it started.
Try not to worry about him being 'angry' with you. That's not his job. His job is to hear you. Really hear what is going on.
I wish you well. ♥

Re: not feeling good

Hello @BlueBay

Glad there was a cancellation so you could get an appointment with your Doctor. I'm sorry you feel scared to see him, a) I don't see any reason for him to be angry simply because you saw him last week, you followed the correct procedure in getting the appointment, b) I think it would be wrong for a Doctor to allow their personal beliefs (or non-beliefs) to effect their professional judgement, c) I personally would be doubting his commitment to my care if he says "just call the CAT team" and doesn't recognize your reluctance of doing so, or the strength you have shown to manage until you made it to that appointment.

I believe you are not making the hallucinations up, I know they are confusing and frightening.

Congratulations to you, your Daughter and her Partner for the third trimester 🙂 Is the cradle that's been bought a rocking one?

Sorry about your asthma attack, I believe when it is windy it stirs up a lot of dust and allergen's and can affect asthmatics a get deal. I have trouble breathing sometimes, I think due to anxiety and I feel scared too - though I'm normally more concerned about losing consciousnesses (I don't want to do that in public or when I'm driving!)

I'm doing okay today, went to the next town over as they have a Woolworths grocery shop there, and stocked up for the fortnight. All the critters have had a treat and I've had a packet of chips for mine 🙂

Wishing you calm and peace today

Hi @utopia @Former-Member@Zoe7

I'm seeing my pyshc at 4pm today. Anxious = yes; worried = yes. Scared = yes.

I am home alone today, went for a walk before. It is cold and windy but the rain stopped, so i decided to go for a walk. home now, washing done. i am bored, my mind is racing with so many thoughts. i am so anxious that i have an upset stomach and running to the toilet all the time.

I hope my psych believes me in reg. to the hallucinations.

@Former-Member the cradle my daughter bought is not a rocking one, but it has wheels so she can move it inot the lounge room during the day and into the baby's room at night. it's all white and is really nice.

It is starting to feel more real now with all the items they are buying.

thankyou in believing me with the hallucinations, i am thinking am i making this up or are they real, i was even doubting myself. it is very confusing, scary.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay - if course you are not making it up. Our mind can be an awful trickster making us doubt what we know. The lesson is not to listen to that trickster.
Isolation and being bored. They are the hard times. I struggle with boredom, but don't do much to fix it.
I'm sure your appointment later today will go well. Try and keep busy in the meantime. Research things online. Modern birthing practices. Baby names and meanings. New shawl or blanket patterns to knit or crochet.
Let us know how you get on.

Hi @Faith-and-Hope @Zoe7 @utopia @Former-Member

I am angry. saw my psych who told me to not email him anymore (only emailed him once) because that is breaking boundaries. if i do he will reply "contact the CAT team". far out he is my psych, a private psych who i pay lots of money to see and i can't contact him. i called him last week because of my hallucinations and he left a voice msg on my phone and said 'call the CAT team".

Great so now i am ALONE again. My psych abandons me, my GP has put boundaries and says don't see me until Friday (once a week) my psychologist is seeing my fortnightly - I DON'T HAVE ANYONE.

So tonight i came home from my appt and drank, drank and drank.

He has increased a med to help with the hallucinations but not really sure it will work. he said there is another med he can give me but if he does he has to be sure that i will not do anything to myself with these meds and would only supply 3 days at a time. Great maybe i would do something.

I am angry, i am hurting and i am crying. no one understands, no one cares, so why should i bother or care.
