not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

hi @Faith-and-Hope @MDT @Shaz51 @Former-Member @Maggie @Owlunar and others

I hope this makes you all laugh 😆 😂

yesterday little A was playing eith her train track. I noticed she had one hand under her top. I asked if she had a sore stomach. She replied "no nonna I'm having a baby!!!!" 😂

I had to control my laughing. She then played all afternoon with her hand under her top. She then says she's having a girl and her name is Rosie.
I told my D and we couldn't stop laughing. We realised lster that she was watching Peppa pig and there was a lady pregnant
it's amazing how much they listen and learn.

so she's having a baby. Snd her attitude is funny too.

Had a really bad night. Hopped into bed and tried to go to sleep. All of a sudden tears were pouring out. I was sobbing.
but I don't know why. I finally stopped and managed to fall asleep.
I'm now feeling tired and a bit anxious.

Re: not feeling good

Dear @BlueBay

I'm sorry I didnt get back to you yesterday, I havent been around the forums so much the last couple of days.
I was very amused with Little As antics re having a baby. Yes it is amazing how much they listen, pick up and learn from watching those around them and TV programs as well. They are little sponges at that age, they really are. Quite amazing, as well as adorable. And I am so glad to know you have her in your life, because I know how much laughter and joy she brings you.

Sorry you had such an emotional night. The sudden tears are a bit of a mystery perhaps, but it likely a build up of stress and strain and feeling somewhat helpless. It may well be that it was good for you in a way. I note that you are feeling tired and a little anxious upon waking this morning. but thats to be expected with everything that you have been dealing with.

Oh dear ... Your Mum is a major ongoing source of distress, anger and frustration for you BlueBay. Of course I cannot tell you to forget her, because I know you cant. She is your Mum, even if she doesnt act like it sometimes. I really wish you had a better relationship with your mother, I wish she was more supportive of you, I wish your beloved MIL was still around for you. No amount of wishing from me though, will help the relationship with your Mum.

I know you try to keep in contact and maintain a relationship with your Mum and your Dad. But sometimes its just too hard, and not worth the toll it takes on your wellbeing. Try to take a step back from them, let them come to you ... if they choose to. And if they dont, then just know that you've done all you can to do the right thing. There is only so much you can do. Your mothers lack of response to your attempts at maintaining a normal mother/daughter relationship is sad and deflating. I know it hurts and continues to be very painful to you. But you dont need her BlueBay, and you dont need the continuing 'games' she plays at your expense.

Try to keep calm, spend some extra time with Little A, go for a walk if you can ... but mostly count the blessings you have right in front of you.

Sending love and understanding your way BlueBay.

Waves to @Faith-and-Hope @Shaz51 @Maggie @MDT 👋
