not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Always good to see you

@BlueBay

Is the itching at the wound site? If so, wounds can itch as they heal. But definitely worth mentioning to Dr if its bothering you. Especially if its also very sore, as you mentioned it was. The soreness could be unrelated to you not resting it as you should. I suppose possible infection needs to be ruled out.

So good to hear you are doing something nice for yourself tomorrow, with a visit to the hairdresser.

I have lots of medical appointments this week. 4 specialist apts for hubby, including one we need to travel to another bigger town for. Plus a psych apt for me on Wednesday.

Sherry 😀💗

💙🐚💕 @BlueBay ...... as @Former-Member said, I have known sutures to be itchy as they heal.

Re: not feeling good

Good morning @Owlunar 😊💕

I just realised that I hadnt responded to your post addressed to me here on Saturday. Very remiss of me. Its quite difficult, when needing to avoid certain threads, to properly respond to everyone and keep track of where I'm at. Although I cannot respond directly to you on your thread, I am following your posts there keeping up to date with how you're going.

How is your shoulder today? Its been ... ummmm lets see now ... 5 days I think, since your treatment. I hope the ice/hotpack alternations are having the desired anti-inflammatory and relieving effect. Are you continuing to cope okay with normal household duties, or are you only doing the bare necessities for now? No more falls .... I hope. Definitely do not want any more of those!

I note from elsewhere that you had computer issues over the weekend. I hope, with your doctoring of adjusting this and that, that things are working okay again now. Nothing more frustrating than technology that forces us to rely upon it .. only to then not work! I'm not techie person, but I do get by with most simple stuff.

Yes Dec, I have been caring for myself. And I sincerely hope you have been doing the same.

I read somewhere that you have a birthday coming up very soon. I think your daughter was intending to take a day out of her busy work schedule to spend it with you. That will be lovely for you both. Thank goodness COVID restrictions have been relaxed enough to enjoy getting out and about a little more now. What do you think you may do on your birthday? I hope @Shaz51 , our reliable keeper of birthdays, has yours on her list. I will be keeping a look out for that notice.

@BlueBay ... how are you today? I hope the itching has reduced a little, as well as the general soreness within your palm. Speaking of palms ... I have discovered a pea sized lump in the middle of my palm just in the last week or so. Its annoying and, although not exactly sore, is somewhat tender. I dont know what it could be, unless its just an arthritic thing. If it continues to get bigger, I guess I will bring it up at my next GP appointment. Though no plans to go there any time soon, I may need to get my MHCP updated in the next month or two. Perhaps I will mention it then. I'm sure its nothing worrying, but it is annoying me. You have your hairdresser appointment today @BlueBay ... what are you having done, if you dont mind me asking? Perhaps you are there now, and it will be a small respite from the household bedlam. Enjoy .... and I will talk to you again later.

@Faith-and-Hope @MDT ... hello and best wishes to you both.

Sherry 🌺

Re: not feeling good

Hi @Former-Member

just got home from hairdressers. Cut colour (dark red) and blow dry. Always feel good after a hair cut.

my palm is sore I think where the stitches are. I'm seeing surgeon Thursday.

I don't feel happy. I'm going from day to day with no real purpose. It's one foot in front of the other at the moment.

@Former-Member i had the same thing you describe a while ago. It didn't get bigger but was quite sore. And then it just disappeared.

makibg veg & chicken soup tonight. Getting daughter to cut up sll veggies.

I'm thinking I might book somewhere as soon as my hand is better. Like even a 3 day break somewhere.

hi 👋 @MDT @Faith-and-Hope @Shaz51 @Owlunar @Maggie

G'day @BlueBay

Nice to hear from you.

I'm just eating lunch in the sun on my break.

Did some research into a mental health qualification. Might pursue it.
