not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Oh no ... @BlueBay . At least you are being cared for now, and you get a bit of a break. Are they going to admit you or just check things out and release you? Perhaps you dont know yet. Really sorry you're feeling so unwell.

I am thinking of you and hoping they can resolve these issues quickly for you.

Sending love and get well wishes to you. 💕🤗🌺

Hey @BlueBay sorry to hear your blood pressure is so high 😞

Did your GP send you to the hospital? I often think that your GP sounds like a good one when you mention Him/Her.

Praying for you BB

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

I'm sorry you had to be in hospital for the day - blood pressure issues - yes - it seems as if the situation is hard to control -

I imagine it's stress - I can't possibly know but when I started taking BP medication I knew my BP was high because of stress and chronic pain - but no matter what the cause it still needs to be treated and yours is a puzzle because it goes up and down. One day at a time sounds boring but that's all you can do - until the coronavirus scare lessens and we can all have more control over our lives

About your hands - I asked you if you might have arthritis and I would never suggest to anyone to take ordinary inflamatories - I can't take them - I am seriously allergic to them myself - I had a scare one evening after taking one tablet - I had a trip to hospital in a MICA and I was treated as soon as I arrived - not something I want to repeat

So - not at all - not ordinary antiflamatories - but I asked if you thought you might have arthritic hands because my hands feel really similar at times - tingles, sore knuckles, stiffness - etc - and it is very uncomfortable cold weather and I noticed that washing my hands several times a day in cold water didn't help a bit - so yes - I really hear you

I take a supplement I get from the pharmacy - you probably know about it - and it helps tremendously - but not perfectly - eg - the cold weather. Also - I don't take a big jar of big tablets when I go away and I notice the discomfort in wrists and thumbs when I don't take them so I think the work really well for me.

But it might be carpel tunnel - Maybe I have carpel tunnel syndrome - I have never had it checked. I think I inherited the tendency to be arthritic from my grandmother and I have a lot of arthritis - and my hands look very much like hers.

I hope you are well enough to go to work tomorrow too - it does pass the time and it gets you out of the house and you get paid - I know you are doing your best - so are most people and it is tough - I am getting a bit fed up myself right now - taking a walk up and down the street helps

And yesterday I saw some plants a man had left on his nature strip and I asked him if I could take one - it's an agave - he said I could - that's why he had put them on his nature strip - I have stripped of some of the dead bits and pieces and tomorrow I plan to dig a whole and plant it - the plants my daughter and son-in-law planted months ago are doing well - it's time to add something else. Ah - it's an agave

Keep plodding along - get as much sleep as you can and let other people take a turn at the cooking as you have been

Hi @Owlunar

I fell asleep early on the couch. I think the strong psin meds reacted eith me. I was very drowsy.

I had a headache during the night but this morning I feel tired.
I'm going to wirk but let the boss know I wasn't well yesterday and if I feel sick again I'll go home.
im seeing my doctor tomorrow morning and the hospital recommended I get my blood pressure checked.
I've made my mri scan for next Tuesday. My GP told me it would cost $300 but when I rang the lady said it's covered by Medicare as it states headaches on the sheet. I'm glad.
I feel so depressed when I'm not well.
my psych called yesterday and I told him about my BP. He wanted to add another med fir flashbacks but then decided to "let's wait and see how often I get them"

I better go snd get ready. I'll chat later with you. Xxxx
