not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

Two rules off the top of my head

1. You never lie to a possible employer - if they find out in the future you will not build trust

2. You don't have to tell them whatever your future obligations might be - as far as they are concerned you might be working at a temporary job or caring for a sick relative. Let them imagine

Simply say that you have already have commitments for the next two weeks.

And it's no good stressing about it - you have to get an interview yet and you should be so lucky!

And from what I have been reading your first commitment is to your own health - you will have a better chance at a successful interview if you have given yourself time and space to recover from so much recent trauma

And - this question just came to me: if you don't take your health - mental and physical - seriously - how can you expect anyone else too?

I know - I can hear you - you are stuck and it's a bit like a broken record running around in your head - and actually - nothing ever happen until it happens -- you can worry about it all when it happens because it might now and why stress?

Just be honest and let your time in hosptial be a commitment you have already accounted for

And you will be okay

Thsnks @Owlunar

you say" never lie"..... but it's no ones business if I'm in hospital is it??

im confused on what you wrote

my first step is to get stronger mentally and less tired. my priority atm is hospital stsy and get the most out of it.
I need to be better and confident to apply for jobs.

yes no point stressing. You're right.

I am taking my mental and physical illness serious.

How am I supposed to look after myself mentally and physically when I have to

look for work

look for another house

that's all I've done for the past three months. Several times a day. It's doing my head in.

I want it all to stop.

Re: not feeling good

@BlueBay That’s what hospital is about I think. Time to leave things you can’t change, and rest. Time to let others take care of you. I hope that time will help it to stop. 💙💙💙

Yes you're right @Maggie

I'm sorry I'm over thinking everything tonight.
I need to slow down and get better first.
