not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Re: not feeling good

@Former-Member I don't know how to feel snymore. This feb marks 10 years since my childhood sexual abuse came out. 10 wasted years. 10 years of accepting my BPD and mental illness. And where am I - worse than when I first started.
10 years 😢😢😢

I csnt even think I'm so upset

Re: not feeling good

I think you need to find something to distract yourself for a while @BlueBay . Your thinking right now is not constructive, and could even be dangerous. I think all this is best discussed in the presence of your psych. She can help steer you through this minefield in a safe manner.

So what can you do this evening to get your mind off things, and to help rest your troubled mind? Perhaps watch something on tele, take a nice hot shower, read a book?

Re: not feeling good

Dear @BlueBay

I can hear that you are feeling messed up this evening. I ask you please to reconsider your decision not to take your meds. Going off your meds can be very risky without medical guidance. Please consult your doctor if you are wanting to change your medication.

please look after yourself.

Re: not feeling good

Oh @BlueBay I am sorry. There is little I can say to you on that. But I really hope you decide to take your meds tonight. You can talk more then to your psych or GP tomorrow.

I know it must seem like you are worse now than years ago. But that is only this very moment in time. In the next hour, day or week you will probably think differently. Its really hard to see our own progress during times of duress.

For now though .. please take your meds. Review your situation tomorrow with a clear mind and advice from a MH pro.
