not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

The closer Tuesday is coming (funeral) the more sick I'm feeling.

Hi @BlueBay

It sounds like you are having a really rough time - I understand - it is a hard time - no one wants to go to a funeral

And if you are really ill when the time comes there is no need to go - you have that option

I'm really glad the person at the CAT team was so helpful and that you have something to take for your anxiety - that is good

But these things do come to pass - Tuesday will come and you will deal with it the best way you can - I'm glad you have that medication

Hi @Owlunar

I had to wirk tiday 10-3 at our other store in same area. It went so quick thst before I knew it it was 2.30pm.
I'm taking tomorrow and Wednesday off work as compassionate leave. I'm allowed two days. It just happens thst Tuesday is my day off. So I'm not back at wirk until Friday.
I'll need Wednesday off to recover and rest.
You know I'm so scared that mum will ask me soon about my brother. And I know that if she does it won't go down well. I'm guessing she will not brlueve me snd will yell abuse at me agsin. So if this ever happens I will walk away and not talk to them again.
If she and dad can't and won't brlueve me in telling the truth - well they can have him and I know thst it's all out and there are no more secrets.
but still thst little child pipes up every niw and then and reminds me of how fragile and emotional and scared I really am.
The CAT team said if I gave a breakdown they will help. I'm really lucky to have great support.
I'm seeing my regular doctor tomorrow mirning.
my back and leg is quite sore. I don't know how I did it but it's painful.
I'll need to go through the process of a funeral with kids as this will be their first. It will be hard for them too as they are all going to read part of the eulogy.

It's quite normal to feel terrible @BlueBay - the thing is to be kind to yourself and rest today. I think the thought of seeing you brother is tearing you up - I am wondering why on earth he's going.

I didn't go to my MIL's funeral - after all - the woman you loved has passed. There's no need to stress youself for the sake of anyone else.

Take care of yourself first - be safe

I'm angry - my mum just told me thst she isn't coming because she doesn't want to leave my dad at hime. WTF!!!!

Why was my dad staying home anyway. I don't understand. He is not a cripple. He is fine to come. But oh no. She planned it all along to not come.
well I'm going to make it very clear to my sister timirriw that I'm pushed off. I'm going to tell her that they have no respect. I'm so so angry. If I did that I wouldn't hear the end of it.
If I didn't call her judt now I wouldn't have known.
God she makes me angry. I can't comprehend the reason. There is no reason. She told me it's going to be a long day. Well funerals are generally a long day.

I'm so angry I want to hit something. Why does she do this to me. Why?
what the hell is wrong with her? Why?
