not feeling good

not feeling good

At the moment i am not feeling good. i feel like my body is in 'run away mode'. i feel my body is running on a high, my head is so mixed up. i have to go to bed and try to sleep, but don't know if i can.

my hormones are everywhere at the moment; my mood is sky high negative. i can't deal with this anymre. all of a sudden i am not feeling good. i think it is anxiety.

i don't know why i feel like this; i just want to cry but can't becsue everyone is home. i am going to bed. i don't know what is going on. actually maybe it is anxiety because i felt like passing out today.

I went to my GP to have my mirena IUD taken out as I had had enough. But he couldn't find the string, so he sent me for a ultrasound. Had that and the guy said i had two fibroids and a cyst on my ovary. but he couldn't find the string either, so had to have an xray to find the metal piece. they didn't tell me anything. but while waiting i was so anxious i almost passed out.

so now i have to wait for tomorrow when my GP will call me at work and let me know what will happen now. hopefully he can take the mirena out. i don't know.

my body is reacting to my anxiety - i feel so shaky, i need to stop. no point telling anyone at home becasue (a) they won't believe me and (b) they prob wouldn't care.

sorry, i had to tell someone. i feel so alone 😞

Hi @BlueBay

I am really hoping you found a safe place last night and got some good sleep

There are times when we all need to keep to ourselves to be okay - I know I do - I am hoping this is the case with you and that although you may be feeling really unhappy and anxious you are safe

Thinking of you heaps

Hey @BlueBay ... just wanted you to know that I am listening. In fact I had just finished posting in reply to your post a little while ago, and it got gobbled up by the system. I think because your post was subsequently taken down, my response got swallowed up with it. Anyway I wanted you to know I am here and I am hoping you're okay. Please dont do anything rash.

Forgot to mention I saw my dictir agsin this mirning. I have been feeling shaky and he said my blood pressure was high but he thinks it's all stress related. I told him I feel thst my mind is all tangled up and it's too much. I told him that I wanted to end my life the other day. We spoke about it and he reassured me that he is here to help me. He also mentioned that he isn't ignoring my physical ailments.
we spoke about the forum snd my addiction to it. He asked what benefit do I get and I started to cry and told him the forum is the only place that I can be me and talk openly znd honestly to others. I told him I can't stop for a break as I end up coming back on after a day or two. He said he'll help but it will take time.
I don't know what to do.
I feel lately I've been totally consumed 24/7 with so much - finances, hubby, dsughter, mother in law, my mum, uncertainty with my job, and then my mental health. It consumes me daily.
my psychologist agreed today that my problem is an addiction. It's a habit that needs breaking.
gosh right now I could punch something. My emotion of anger is screaming!!!!!!

Re: @Re: not feeling good

Hi @BlueBay

This forum is pretty important to me too - I used it more at times - less at other times - I am sure I am not addicted to it - or anything else for that matter.

Anyway - rather than debate this issue I'll ask a question or two.

What makes you think you are addicted to the forum?

Perhaps your medical team has suggested this - I am sure they have more knowledge about it but imo social media is a new way of human interaction and perfectly normal.

And what would you do without it? If the forum keeps you going, if it gets you through the air and the night and your anger and memories then what could be wrong with that.

Yes - people do love the responses - I do - I don't feel socially isolated but I might if I didn't have the internet. I can air my thoughts here

I seem to have rattled on anyway - but no one can be in our lives 24/7 and I would not want them to be - but my old cat - yes - she was always here and you have a dog I recollect. I wrote an article on Pet Therapy which was publised in hard-copy years ago - our pets comfort us and for this I am grateful

I would - will - miss you if the time comes and you don't need us but if this day comes we will have succeeded - you will be standing alone and personally I hope to see you on the social threads in the mysterious future
