If you want to cry you can.
I am not sure why you cannot get emotions out on Sane or with a counsellor.
That is partly why we are here.
It may not be who you want it to be, but surely it is better than no one

I get what you mean about having the strength to be strong for others, and sometimes you don't have that strength when you're feeling like this. I really understand that, and I want to highlight that it's okay to have days where all you can do is feel sad and look after yourself. ❤️
