Broken very broken

Broken very broken

I can see the darkness within and without, the sepia tone weeping through the ever bleakening reality, would that my mind would or could create the world I wish could be real even if that meant being locked in a room for the rest of my days, like it would make a heck of a lot of difference in my life I am already seen as a loser and I don't know like I have some sort of retardation and who knows what else. My chest an open wound my heart crushed against my rib cage weeping through the very structure designed to protect it, my bones compressing under the weight of all the pain, I whats the point

Re: Broken very broken

@Redraw @Appleblossom. No I don't think you are or could be a bad person. I have to trust my insticts here and my belief in people.
But even if someone has done something that is perceived to be 'bad' - does that make them a 'bad' person. Does it mean they are not worthy of my love. Can they not be taught to be a better / more empathetic person?
Sorry if this is a bit too heavy today.
But I do want you to know that this man I see - this redraw - is a person with strong principles. A person who is capable of love and kindness. A person who, as unfair as it is, has suffered a lot. And even through all the despair and pain and noise going on in your world and in your head - I see a strong person who deserves the good that life has to offer.
I don't believe my words will change anything for you with regards to your MI. But I do hope that you will recognise that I care & I think you are worth it.
I hope the noises and sensations in your head calm down and be a bit quieter for you soon.

Re: Broken very broken

In the end I need to accept that it's all my fault, if I were better, if I were smarter, if I were stronger, then perhaps I would have worth, I can improve all I want but it won't matter.

i think there are some people that are beyond improvement the damage they do is irreperable and nothing can make up for it. There is no grey area merely white and black and it's just a question of how deep the individual is, sadly the white area is running out of people.

so I will never have children, so I will never know love emotional or physical, so I will never know the touch of another human being in any way, so I will never know what a true smile is, so I will never know what it's like to be free. In the end I can only blame myself the only constant involved so what do I do I suffer for nothing, I suffer with no one caring and no one even giving me a thought............. so cold..........so dark............so much pain..........I'm scared.

Re: Broken very broken

@Redraw - does there need to be a 'fault' & if so - why are you blaming you? Why aren't you blaming your MI?
You are who you are. Your MI makes it bloody hard for you.
But don't give up. Keep fighting this insidious disease in your head. You didn't ask for it. You don't deserve it. But the reality is it is there. So keep fighting to live the best life you can.
Don't worry about other people. Focus on yourself. Do what you need to do. Do what you enjoy doing.

Hi @Redraw

I disagree that there is only black and white, life is not that simple.

I would also like to challange that you will never feel another humans touch...I've witnessed many compasionate responses here on the forums, that while don't meet the strict criteria for human touch, have the ability to touch and resonate with people.

Re: Broken very broken

Psychological illness is a chicken or the egg scenario and there is the when or how or why did it start and it can't make other times make sense, and it's a part of me so I must accept that. If it were to go away tomorrow would it alter how people see me would it alter my views on morality and honour and respect.............. no it's also not the reason people use me, it's not why people don't care it just amplifies my internal fight. I can't blame the person throwing the punches but I can accept blame for the situation, I couldn't hate a woman for cheating on me but I can blame myself for not being good enough.

as for black and white it's all in the perception if you see it as simple then that's how it will appear but that's not how I mean it when you look at a canvas or whatever with one side black one side white there is a point where the two join and it's all a question of how deep into whichever side a person goes.

i see and know people are being kind and compassionate here and I appreciate that there is the detachment that creates a prison wall though, senses with me are so heightened it needs to be noted that the experience of presence works on all of them that it can numb the agony if only for awhile, but it's not to be. When looking on this it's good and compassionate but equating it with reality is not so easy because it lacks mass, like a magic trick what's real and what's an illusion

Re: Broken very broken

@Redraw. I disagree with you.
The person who cheats on their partner makes a conscious decision to cheat. So yes, they are responsible for what they do. If the relationship isn't going well - they can choose to end it & then 'mate' with who ever they want. Less pain for their ex. So yes - they are to blame.
I understand that the Internet can allow people more freedom to choose what to share or even create a new persona. But then there are people who simply express who they are. I'd put myself in that category. And I believe I have the ability to love everyone (well - most people - not those who hurt kids). It doesn't matter whether we have met or not. Whether I've heard of them or not. Love - true love (not romantic love) can be offered to people. It's then up to the individual as to whether they will accept that love or not.
So, will you accept that I love you and care foryou, even though we have never met. Even though we dont know each other. And knowing that I expect nothing in return.
I'm simply wishing you all the very best.

@utopia Accepting such things is not a stretch and is not hard what is hard is feeling it

Re: Broken very broken

@Redraw. I would find it hard if I wasn't able to feel it. I can sit on the top of my mountain and meditate & feel such love up there. Then I can send it out. Out to all the people who need it. Out over the earth to heal it. And it still surprises me how much love I feel back after doing this. How calm. How re-energised.
