The thought of going to work makes me anxious
the Night before and the day of.
leaving for work is like torture.
but then so is going anywhere else, and then arriving home at the end of the day, I feel anxious.
being in my home is sometimes too overwhelming for me too
why am I like this now

I'm just wondering @ArraDreaming what it is about your job that causes such anxiety and also about the possibility of changing jobs?.. if need be...
I worked early mornings up until summers end. I liked it, too, but the schedule was crippling. I had to let it go.
I do have other work waiting for me. Though inbetween I have reached out and asked for help. And found it. Financially and mentally.
You need to know there is help available. But you gotta ask for it.
