The thought of going to work makes me anxious
the Night before and the day of.
leaving for work is like torture.
but then so is going anywhere else, and then arriving home at the end of the day, I feel anxious.
being in my home is sometimes too overwhelming for me too
why am I like this now

It's a new day, and I'm just wondering where you're at? Did you make it to work, or nah?..
Reading back through the thread here I was able to see and feel so much of my own anxiety. I experienced so much the same... eventually, I had to retrench myself.
It didn't fix my anxiety, but it was the change needed for me to really focus on dealing with it...
Still working on that BTW, but atleast I haven't seizured again.

guess what? You may be. And that's OK, too! you'll see. Hang in there, and you'll see...
I want to let you in on a trade secret, OK?.. it is very often advised to NOT GIVE ADVICE ( I know -- the irony, right?)
But @ArraDreaming , now that you've left work, please go the Dr. And tell the Dr all about this anxiety and it having reached dysfunctional degrees.
There is help.
You have to go get some. It may start of as meds today. And a mental health plan. And referrals to psychologists, counsellors, etc -- but right now: take your butt to the Dr, or ER if necessary. Get that help before school's out.
Can you do that?
