The thought of going to work makes me anxious
the Night before and the day of.
leaving for work is like torture.
but then so is going anywhere else, and then arriving home at the end of the day, I feel anxious.
being in my home is sometimes too overwhelming for me too
why am I like this now

@tymenot always just sometkmes , depends on what it is. i think it’s mostly when I have to work
we went camping on the weekend I was fine I went to my local footy yesterday I was fine, went to the beach today for a walk with the little bug and dog, fine,
was going to go to an event tonight at 5:30 to meet some other people, I feel sick about it

Interesting... so it sounds like it's the anticipation of a structured event that may be where the anxiety is stemming from? @ArraDreaming
I somehow do not think this is uncommon. I guess you have two choices - to push through and breathe through it to calm yourself, or to avoid the situations.
What do you think will be most helpful for you?

Yes, my nephew came home very tired @ArraDreaming. Then by the end of the night, all three were so overtired and just silly. So much yelling in the house tonight.
But gee, I love them.

They'll get used to the routine soon @ArraDreaming . How is your older one finding school? Remember the anxiety around Kinder? Has that all gone?

He’s cried every day at drop off and then cries when we pick him up from relief except for one day when he got a class award, and we have had to pick him a couple of times early because he’s not coping very well (luckily not since the first few weeks)
so yeah….. still there and it’s exhausting @tyme I gave him a hat from my work which he likes to wear which I think has been helpful??? he still has it on even at pick up time like he’s been wearing it all day
