The thought of going to work makes me anxious
the Night before and the day of.
leaving for work is like torture.
but then so is going anywhere else, and then arriving home at the end of the day, I feel anxious.
being in my home is sometimes too overwhelming for me too
why am I like this now

I feel really good today, we had visitors this morning which was some people that used to look after me as a young fella, and that I reconnected with in my early 20s but dont see often. we keep in touch bit I don’t actually see them all that often .
anyway they came over for my birthday which was nice and they really liked seeing the kids and our house and things.
they came to the wedding/party but that was the last time we saw them and also it’s different when you can sit down and have a full convo.
it’s really nice to me that I still have a place in their minds after everything that happened
it felt really good
