The thought of going to work makes me anxious
the Night before and the day of.
leaving for work is like torture.
but then so is going anywhere else, and then arriving home at the end of the day, I feel anxious.
being in my home is sometimes too overwhelming for me too
why am I like this now

@ArraDreaming was just sharing about his day today, and I got envious with his connection with nature. It's something I really haven't nurtured because I grew up in the city, and spent most days indoors.

Weekdays, yes, I get out @ArraDreaming , but not weekends as much. I do travel a bit and spend time bush walking, walking along beaches etc, but I just don't have the inner drive to embrace it in a way that you describe.
