The thought of going to work makes me anxious
the Night before and the day of.
leaving for work is like torture.
but then so is going anywhere else, and then arriving home at the end of the day, I feel anxious.
being in my home is sometimes too overwhelming for me too
why am I like this now

Nursery hopping sounds nice @ArraDreaming ! That's something I've never done. I'm envious of your plant passion.... I wish I was more that way inclined.

That is just soooo awesome @ArraDreaming - that's what I really love about you. You allow your kids to just get out there and embrace nature.
I was brought up in the city, and mainly indoors. I really wish I had the knowledge to embrace nature and actually survive there.

i grew up never spending much time indoors as we didnt have a lot when i lived with mum and dad so i would always out like riding and stuff, and my partner grew up on a large property so we arent inside people at all, the kids have an iPad between them i think its unrealistic to say they won’t ever watch tv or have screen time, I’d lose my mind if we couldn’t resort to putting a movie on or letting them watch a show on the iPad but we are mindful of how often and for how long, seriously some days they have been on the iPad and watching tv for longer then we are willing to admit!! but we try to limit screen time if we can. Open up the back door, let them run, dig some holes, help me in the garden! they just play which I think is something that’s been lost a bit, I’m sure when you say to some kids just go outside and play, they are like what should we play? just play! find something to do
