Just sad

Just sad

I miss my mum tonight, and time spent with my little siblings

I wonder what they are up to and if they remember me and all the time we spent together

I am so sad thinking about them all

Awwww @ArraDreaming !

That is soooo incredible to hear!

I remember saying, while you were fretting and stressing, he was probably having an incredible time. Children are extremely resilient beings.

You will be a real big brother to him. I feel the door for you will open when it is the right time.

Hold onto hope 🙂

Re: Just sad

I actually have sooo many relatives that I don't know anything about. @ArraDreaming . Supposedly they are all over world. I believe my dad has one full-blood brother, and many half brothers and sisters. His father married his mother when his father lost his first wife....

I've sometimes questioned thing about where they are, but over time, I've really just disconnected.

It's so special that you have the desire to connect with them.

Re: Just sad

Yeah t just makes me really sad that I once had a relationship with them and don’t @tyme but look what happened with me and my sister, now that she’s an adult we’ve managed to get back in contact and be quite close that’s pretty cool

Re: Just sad

I think so too @ArraDreaming - it is so incredible that she looks up to you so much. You mean so much to her.

I think all things have a purpose and things happen in their time.

This is why even when things go 'wrong' for turn 'bad', I know there is a reason for it - usually my own growth (that's what keeps me going). I can't fight what I've been destined for.

Re: Just sad

Precisely my point @ArraDreaming - I feel all things work together for good. There's a reason for everything, and there's no point fighting what is for me. Hence, I take the 'bad' situations and turn them 'good' for my benefit.

This doesn't mean it doesn't hurt. It doesn't mean I don't cry about it. It just means I know I can move on to be a healthier me.

I feel I've lived too long dwelling on things I simply could not change. I've lost many years. I don't want to lose any more years.

If possible, if others could learn from my life's learning, then maybe they don't need to waste as many years as me....

I definitely would be the person I am today if everything was picture perfect for me in the past
