Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Yeah just love being overwhelmed on a daily basis sometimes hahaha @Jynx

I have work tomorrow so I might have a go once I get home after that and see how I go.

I definitely won’t be having a low key Christmas my parents and I are hosting our whole extended family over for a big family lunch. Can’t wait to put on that brave fake smile for everyone and pretend to be enjoying it when I might not be.

I’m going to bed now too so talk tomorrow I have work tomorrow so that will keep me distracted and safe as well.

Oh I feel for you @Birdofparadise8 that is really rough. Masking is exhausting. I hope you feel like you can get a lil break - heck, sometimes even spending an extra 10 minutes by yourself in the bathroom can provide some reprieve. I wish you luck in making it through 💜

You sound full of beans today! and the weather sounds great.

It overcast and cold here and that’s not just my mood. 😀

I go back to work tomorrow so I have to get things sorted plus I spent 80% of yesterday in bed and most of the 2 days before.
