Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

The sunshine here this morning is making a total difference on my mood. It's been so dismal and drab lately, that I've sort of forgotten what waking up to sunshine looks like!

I'm just watching the bees hovering from flower to flower. Listening to the birds chirping away. It's remarkable out there!

It sounds like a fantastic day.

I need to put a garden in out the back. Pixie loves lavender and rosemary. I’ll wait until we get more rain and maybe the ground will be softer.

Ive managed to clean my kitchen so that’s a start for the day. I still have heaps to do but my goal is to bath Pixie and shop for lunches for tomorrow everything else can wait.

Not sure what my meeting with HR will bring tomorrow. I may have more time

Oooooh! Yes, I will look for some photos. I've just come inside thought because my nose if giving me grief - hayfever..... argh, can't even enjoy the sun. I've taken some antihistamines, then I'll be out again once it starts working!

Shopping for lunches is good. Do you like smoked salmon? I like lettuce, smoked salmon on crackers or sourdough.

Ummmm... I also get BBQ chicken and shred it. Then I have a chicken sandwich one day, chicken wrap another, maybe noodles with chicken another day, and chicken salad....

I also like tuna. So chillli tuna with salad, noodles, crackers....anything 🙂

Supposedly beans are good. I haven't worked out how to have beans though except a cold bean salad.

Hay fever is horrible. I take antihistamines daily. My town is really bad for it.


No I’m not a fan of smoked salmon @tyme but I am about to get a roast chook! Some wraps and mixed lettuce leaves. Also because I’m so lazy some of those prepackaged salads.

I don’t really do beans but apparently I need to learn! Lol
