Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

How are you all doing tonight?

I’ll start off I had my exam it went for three and half hours, but that time went so fast I did okay I think as long as I pass I’m happy.

I did go for a walk today but still having suicidal thought that get worse once I start walking to just tell myself to do it. I just wish I could go for a walk and not have these thoughts. My mood has been up and down today I would say nothing to bad but nothing great either. I did self harm today so that wasn’t great, but hopefully I won’t tomorrow I have work anyway so that will be a welcome distraction.
