Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Well at least your enjoying the summer because today in Hobart it’s been raining and sunny in parts of the day, but not very warm. I don’t think we have had much summer here yet.

Is Mr Shaz a bit of a introvert and not like being around people @Shaz51

I just got home from the function I had to go to. It was pretty good. Other than that I’ve had the day from hell.

The function was pretty good. I new more people than I thought. My netball couch from when I was 10 was there and I actually told her about my bipolar. The HR manager came over and gave me a big hug when I got there and had me sit with her until people came that I knew. She also kept checking on me throughout. Plus she is going to organise more EAP consults for me

I had my GP appointment today and got aMHCP so that’s good and just some errands for my mum @Captain24
