Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Not going well at all I’m really struggling to be honest. I’ve had a crap weekend and some how I am at work today don’t know how I will go but oh well.

Glad your pain has subsided @Birdofparadise8 . That's no good you're feeling so low.

I'm pretty good for a Monday lol.

I hope your day improves. I know when I've had surgery in the past I feel a sense of feeling quite low afterwards even though the physical pain has gone. I often wonder if it's something to do with having the anaesthetic and then all the painkillers.

I’m really not sure what is wrong I’m just so over this.

I have a weekly check in with my peer support worker and I told him about how I’ve been feeling these past few days and he arranged a call today and he is going to talk to his team leader to see what they maybe able to do. So that is nice hopefully something good might come out of it.
