Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

I'm sorry to read you are feeling down @Birdofparadise8. It sounds like things have been pretty tough since we last chatted on Friday. I am glad that you spoke to your peer worker and I really hope their team can come up with some good ideas for you.

All okay for me thanks. The weather is good and I am glad it's not to hot where I am.

Is there something nice you could do for yourself today?

I really hope things start to improve for you soon @Birdofparadise8. I also hope that your work day goes well. Do you find going to work is a bit of a distraction or do you think it adds to how you are feeling?

Yeah I just had the call it was nice to have a chat about everything going on.

Work can be a bit hit and miss depending on where I am working and how busy I am. Right not I’m really bored with what I am doing so it not very exciting so I have more time to ruminate which isn’t good @FloatingFeather
