Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

What is up with you is it because of your migraine and flu symptom?

@Birdofparadise8. You can also try other helplines if the wait is too long. Are you waiting on KHL?

The migraine is probably worse because of the flu symptoms. My physical health affects my MH.

I’m at home now so yeah maybe I will try KHL again.

@Birdofparadise8 there is Suicide Callback service and Lifeline too. I’ve had better experiences with Suicide Callback Service, but it is really dependent on who you get. Just an option if the wait is long for KHL.

Not good at all I’ve been down all day @tyme. I’ve self harmed and my suicidal thoughts haven’t been good I reached out for some support but it was a different counsellor so not as helpful but oh well.
