Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

@hanami, yes it’s for uni. Uni starts back in a week and a half. Trying to train my brain to concentrate.

@Birdofparadise8, I hope they can get you to see someone else. I hope the jaw pain settles soon. I don’t see either my counsellor or psych this week so can’t really discuss the overwhelming emotions I’ve been experiencing.

Thank you, @creative_writer it sucks, doesn't it, not being able to talk about all the depression things and everything else to do with it.

Do you have a counsellor and a psychologist or do you mean a psychiatrist?

I am really sorry to hear that @Captain24 is there anything we can do to support you while you are with her?

@Birdofparadise8, I am waiting for a psychiatrist. I see my psychologist every few weeks, and counsellor in between so I am able to get weekly therapy. It’s hard when you don’t have that space for even a short period of time.

Busy this morning, only a 1 hour job today

Then went and vacuum and washed my MIL floors

Came home for lunch

Was going to do some gardening but not going to now
