Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

It is pretty trashy TV to be honest but i LOVE it. It's one of those shows where you're a bit embarrassed that you watch it, but it's too hard to stop haha! @Birdofparadise8

Im not real good @Birdofparadise8. I started the day busy but now I’m sitting with my nan. She is at end of life.

Oh no, I am so sorry to hear that I definitely can feel your pain towards your nan. My nan is in hospital as well. I hope you can try and do something to cheer yourself up a bit @Captain24

Im sitting by her bed. @Birdofparadise8. I won’t leave until my mum gets here. She has an appointment in a town 2.5 hrs away. She was already there when we got the call. She won’t be here until 4:30

I am in a lot of pain but oh well.

My psych I was seeing last year called me not that long ago, and he said he is finishing in a couple of weeks, but he is going to talk to his supervisor to see if I can have some sessions with someone else till I get settled in Vic and have more support. He said he would call me back to see what he can do I hope that will work out because it has been tough not being able to see anyone, especially with my MH deteriorating so much.

What are you reading and sorry you are not feeling great.
