Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

I’m going okay yesterday I was in a lot of pain. I’ll see how today goes as the anesthetic has worn off now. I’m just having yoghurt I don’t think I would want to try rice I can barely chew yet.

Did you get a dry socket from the rice I hope not that can suck.

Yeah it seems like it's going to be very hot!! @Birdofparadise8 I hope it rains for you if you like the rain, it can be quite cozy when you're at home all day.

Ohhh I totally get that. Sometimes when my bath is too hot I get really anxious too. Also when I'm in bed and the temperature is too high I get really agitated. I was even working yesterday and it was sooo hot and I started to feel all tingly. I keep an ice pack in the fridge for that reason because it cools me down really fast.

That's great that there isn't too much swelling. I hope the pain meds work today!

For me sometimes the rain and all that can seem a bit more gloomy so then I might get gloomy but I’ll see what happens.

Yeah it’s really weird so I haven’t had one since I was to scared I don’t like having a panic attack they aren’t fun.

I hope they do to its not that fun but oh well @amber22. It’s just started to rain so oh well.

Ugh, sorry to hear you're in pain. Yoghurt is good though. I was lucky I didn't get a dry socket from eating the wrong thing. My surgeon got it out at my check up thank goodness.

Hope your pain eases really soon.

Yes get all cozy under a blanket and watch all the shows!

I've been watching Mafs that just started on Monday. It is a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine, I love reality TV (even if it isn't that real!!)
