Yeah I’ve only heard about it from a few friends that they can’t cry because of there medication. I just hope that doesn’t happen to me because crying just helps release something not sure what but it’s just can help to calm down I guess @Captain24

Took a while for me to get to sleep and my diaphragm was very sore but I got to sleep eventually. Just took my pain meds and having some yogurt. I’m about to watch young Sheldon.

Aw I am sorry that you were in pain last night, but that's good that you finally got to sleep even if it was after a while. Keep on the pain meds and hopefully today it will ease a bit. Yogurt sounds good. I remember eating a LOT of jelly and soups when I had my wisdom teeth out.

I had soup and jelly yesterday thought I would change it up this morning.

It says it's going to be 29 today, but it's 23 right now! It was raining the other day and I loved it, the rain really soothes me. It's why I love winter so much, because that kind of weather really relaxes my anxiety. I'm not sure if temperature can affect someones anxiety but I find that when it is really hot I get anxious a lot quicker than usual.

How did your surgery go? I hope you're not in too much pain and recovering well! Food kinda suck when you've had wisdom teeth out. I remember when I had mine done and I ate some rice thinking it was ok. Well I got some rice stuck in the holes in my mouth where the teeth lol.

Gosh a hot one then @amber22. If anything it looks like it may rain here.

Yeah the rain can be soothing and I definitely understand that. The heat can affect my anxiety the last time I had a bath I had a panic attack so temperature is a weird thing because I then hoped I the shower and had it on cold and I was fine after some deep breathing.

There isn’t too much swelling so far apparently though 48 hours after is when the majority of the swelling settles in so I’ll see how I go. The local anesthetic has worn off now so I can talk better.
