Hey everyone how are you all?

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Omg

I was just about to say something to my psych because we were talking about suppressing feelings and how that can lead to depression.

I felt like I was about to cry and he said okay I'll see you next week. I was okay see you then thank you. Like you know that feeling and you can feel it.

I'm literally across the road at the library in the bathroom sobbing. I was going to say but what if its not all that its just my depressing getting worse because I've felt so bad the past week.

Never mind I'm on the train going home. I feel absolutely awful right now. This has just topped my week for sure. Now I can't tell him until this time next week. So that's just great.
