Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

Aww thanks for asking @Birdofparadise8 ! A very chill weekend for me - had a bit of an adventurous night last night with some friends, and it's been so hot today that I just feel very pooped! Will probably just hanker down with some kitty cat cuddles, video games, and maybe a movie. Saw a very good film called Strange Planet - it's on Disney Plus, kids film and I might give it a rewatch. Love me a pretty cartoon that leaves me feeling all sorts of good vibes! You got much on the rest of the weekend?

Sounds nice then @Jynx yes very hot today I don’t know how I will cope with the change in the temp.

I am working tomorrow 1-9pm so that is a good shift. I can do things in the morning I am trying to clean my room before I go as it look like a bomb has hit it I try and tell myself it is my depression room hahaha.

I’m having a rough morning. I felt stable yesterday, so didn’t take my PRN and now I am experiencing withdrawal like symptoms. I was taking PRN everyday for some time since things had been rough for so long, so I guess my body became used to it. I couldn’t sleep well last night and feeling really depressed.

I hope the morning is going smoothly for you. What have you got in today.

I’ve done a lot this morning. I’ve weeded the garden, bathed Pix, finished the pantry and cleaned the kitchen. As for the rest of the day, I’m going to spend some time in the sun. We’re headed for 35 today so I’m loving it. Then I’ll finish of the house work. This afternoon I might watch some Netflix.

Well, you have done a lot this morning @Captain24 all I have done is got up, had a hot chocolate, did wordle and got my Mac to work with the forum.

Hey @Jynx I got my Mac to work I contacted apple and for some reason, it was to do with me having a VPN on it. I think I had that because of uni for something, but I am just happy it is working here now.
