Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

In a span of 30 minutes I went from happy to sad and sobbing.

Like of course people will leave @ENKELI

@Birdofparadise8 I don't know what to say. You're not stupid and you need to stop making yourself feel that way.

You've been given suggestions on how to stop the negative thoughts, instead of saying you're stupid, stop the thought and tell yourself you're not. You are smart, intelligent, funny and kind.

It would be nice if someone missed me once in a while but they don't so I have accepted that and moved on.

@Birdofparadise8 I'm not going to pretend you didn't say anything, you are upset and we don't turn our back on our friends when they are upset. Well decent and kind people don't 😍

I probably sounded a bit harsh and I didn't mean to, I am a little pre-occupied atm so I'm sorry if I hurt you.
I just want you to feel better, think about nice things, happy things. And I get upset when people call themselves stupid, especially when they most definitely are not.

I'm glad you got your assignment finished, is it too much over 3 minutes?

@Birdofparadise8 just stressing about my mortgage, I am 2 months behind and I am trying to work out a way to pay the arrears as well as the current month so I wasn't thinking when I replied.

How are you feeling now?
