Not Coping

Hey everyone how are you all?

@RiverSeal @Shaz51 @NatureLover @tyme @Former-Member @Eve7 @Former-Member @amber22 @Jynx @FloatingFeather

I'm not doing great at all today. I'm feeling down. I also keep beating myself up for everything and feel like I'm just failing. I need a break from everything. It's getting so hard that I don't know how to keep going anymore especially since I can't talk to anyone around me as they are leaving me or don't understand.

Hope you don’t mind me reaching out I just really need a chat and though I could come on here and vent and talk for a bit.

My parents know absolutely nothing about what is going on @creative_writer. I don’t need their judgment and it’s my life. But I don’t live with them.

I hope she helps. My diet is really bad. I won’t go any further than that as diet can be really triggering for some people and I want to be sensitive of others. But I’m making small changes slowly.

@Captain24 that’s fair enough. I guess I was anxious when she asked to speak to my mum, but she did respect that I didn’t want to tell my mum. I literally got triggered the other day when I spoke to my parents even though they didn’t mean it. I am trying to protect myself from their overprotective anxiety. I think improving diet is good, it helped my migraines. Though I took it a bit far and became a bit OCD with it, need to learn to practice balance.

Yeah it really could help and the funny thing is I’m literally studying to be a dietician hahaha. @Captain24

I’m working in a diabetes clinic at the moment so I’m getting a lot of experience with that.

I’ve had a pretty big day @Birdofparadise8 I have accomplished heaps today. Plus I had a GP app and I saw my nurse for 1 1/2 hrs! That was a long and hard session.

When I got home I mowed my lawn to be distracted and thought it was a bit warm out. I finished it a 6pm and checked the temperature and it was 32 degrees so I don’t know how hot it was 2 hrs before!

How was your day?

@Birdofparadise8 sometimes parents don’t know how to help. Nutrition is really interesting, I really hope the best for your studies.

@Captain24 it does sound like you had a pretty big day. I hope you are doing okay after the session.

That is so good that you got lost done. How do you cope with that weather too hot for me hahaha @Captain24

I just had work, went for a run, got lunch and breakfast ready for today. Though today I have work, and I’ll probably got for another run.

I was searching through the weather data for here and when I started mowing it was probably around 35 degrees. I love the heat and that’s pretty average for this time of year. But in the next few weeks it will possibly hit the 40’s.

I love it but it will probably put us in the catastrophic bush fire warning.
